In Le Havre, just like every morning, the 5:48 a.m. bus leaves Place des Martyrs to begin its route, driven by Gilles, a quiet and exhausted driver. This morning, at his wits’ end, despised by the authorities and abandoned by his wife, he takes his passengers hostage.
