A special unit of DEA agents is assigned to capture Mancera, the mastermind behind a powerful new drug designed to manipulate and control vulnerable minds. With strategic support from their superior, Walter, and operational backing from Vicente, the director of the DEA, the agents launch a series of aggressive operations to dismantle Mancera’s network.
